What's for Supper, Thursday, January 21st?

Dad had one of the pot roast TV dinners I made for when we are not home and he just has to microwave it, and I had Taquitos and sour cream. His was homemade, mine wasn't But it was good anyway!

Mark likes the frozen beef taquitos. I suppose I could make them. They look easy enough. If he likes the frozen so much, I don't see the need to make them, especially since 90% of what else he eats is homemade........ sometimes semi-homemade.

Dinner was the same as last night. The only differences were corn instead of carrots and dinner rolls instead of bread.

I haven't had pancakes in ages. Those looks mighty good!

There are some things I just don't bother making by hand and taquitos are one. I like the southwestern chicken the best!
