Good looking chicken dinner there, Lucky. :yum: Chicken seems to be the theme this evening!

I had a nibble tray this afternoon (again)...pickles, olives, deviled eggs, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, sliced ham, swiss and cheddar cheese, crackers, a small scoop of potato salad, and sliced apple. Will have a scoop or two of mint chocolate chip ice cream a little later.

We had a clean-the-fridge meal. I had just enough cauliflower left to make a small pot (one cup each) of cheesy cauliflower soup. We cleaned up the last of the teriyaki chicken and not quite half the rice (me), and the meat-laden Naan pizza (Himself). I also steamed some fresh broccoli for my plate. We still have enough leftovers so I won't have to cook tomorrow.

I bought a frozen pepperoni pizza, and did my normal"enhancements," including peppers and basil from the garden. I thought about a cheese pizza, and adding soppressata to it, but that stuff is really pricey.
