"Spanish" rice ( the Spanish is in quotes to avoid a lecture from one of our newer posters!) and a leafy green salad with croutons fried in garlic and olive oil, grated parmigiano, Greek and green olives, sliced hard boiled eggs, and a lemon-olive oil-garlic-anchovy dressing.

Thanks very much Merlot!!!!:) It's got to the stage where I should not celebrate my age (42) but what the hell, live life to the full and enjoy all things good in life that's what I say:)

i had spinach, mushrooms, red onion, artichoke hearts, salad with grilled shrimp on top. my homemade low cal dressing. had a few low salt soda crackers with it, yummmmmmmmmmy. i ate the whole thing. oh dear, that was last night the 11th. i need more coffee.
