I had some shredded poached chicken leftover in the fridge, so cooked up some fresh dill sour cream sauce, & stirred in the chicken & some potato Pierogies I had in the freezer. Served over some white rice with the Pierogies on the side, as well as some lightly buttered fresh baby "haricot vert" green beans & sliced carrots.
