chicken, rice, fresh green beans and vanilla ice cream

yesterday I cut up, fried then simmered parts from two whole chickens and added par-boiled (pressure cooked actually) rice. We will be eating chicken and rice for a while:). I will be looking for directions to steam, shock and hold a large quantity of green beans. We have company for the next four days and I want to have easy to serve meals.
 
If all goes according to plan, tandoori shrimp on the grill along with some dal makhani and fresh cukes.
 
Oven baby back ribs

Bacon ranch macaroni salad with sun dried tomatoes, celery, tiny peas, sliced black olives, shredded carrot, green onion, and sunflower seeds. Did it yesterday, the flavors got to know each other now. ;)

Ravioli with meatballs & sausage gravy topped with fresh grated Romano & parmesan cheeses and spinach salad dressed with Balsamic vinaigrette.

I made George forman grilled grilled skinless breasts
spinach with garlic
brown rice
cauliflower with tumeric,mustard seeds,garam masala,jalapeno and lime juice.(new-and good)
 
My Sat Night tri-tip came out a bit overdone but it still rocked and were flavorful., seasoned with kosher salt, pepper, and granulated garlic.
100% direct grilling with frequent turning over white oak in my trusty ole Weber.
