Protein Angel Hair Pasta with Vegetables and Olive Oil

I marinated chicken breasts in tahini and soy sauce and garlic for a few hours. Tossed those on the grill with some fresh zucchini brushed with EVOO and sprinkled with salt. Did some quinoa in chicken broth and made a salad of fresh tomatoes that I picked off our plants, some green onions and little tiny cucumbers. YUM!

It was one of those nights that all the flavors and textures just WORKED. Really delicious.
