I ended up cooking a steak for TB with baked potato and greek salad. I had the salad, a plain baked potato and some beets. I used some of the salad dressing on the plate to flavour the potato and it worked well!

I am up too late. DA was having muscle cramps and finally she is asleep.

We had cheese bratwursts in buns, potato salad, and cut pears and apples.

With love,
