What's on your plate Wednesday 9/1/10?

I'm afraid I still have enough cheese left for about a week's worth of mac'n'cheeses.

I would try small bits grilled on apple slices to cut the strong taste. Thin slices, if you can, on sandwiches with lots of tomato and lettuce. Should spread the flavor out a bit and you might find that you do like it, just in smaller doses with something to accompany. Hope that helps!:)
