We stopped off at our favorite shopping plaza to pick up the makings of a Pupu Platter or Nibbles for dinner tonight:

We started off with Baked Manapua or Char Siu Bao
with Crispy Gau Gee

... on to the main event

Starting at the upper right of the plate-
Cucumber Maki Sushi
Tako Poke (Cooked Octopus)
Ahi (Raw Tuna) Poke
Mussel (Cooked) Poke
Pipikaula Poke - think Beef Jerky, but really moist meat

YUM!

Did any one else have any thing to nibble on?

Wow..that looks wonderful Kgirl, and so glad you're having a great back home feast in the place you love so much.
We're back where we belong now and had a good dinner tonight of Costco loin lamb chops, glorified rice and spinach salads. No pictures, but it hit the spot.

It was taco Thursday at the doghouse. I grilled some well seasoned chicken thighs (salt, granulated garlic, and cayenne pepper), and made chicken tacos.

Those names are very pacific, used here as well. I miss Hawaii.

My wives fave bit of lamb, the loin chop, in tandoori spices.

I pulled some ham and the last small casserole of mac-and-cheese from the freezer. Paired that with fresh corn off of the cob and fresh steamed broccoli. Last little bit of cornbread, too.
