What's On Your Table? 3/27/19 National World Whiskey Day

DH and I had another appointment in town today,
so we went over to one of our favorite joints
and had Linner

Now, I didn't have any Whiskey, not a fan,
but I did have a glass of Vino

What are you having?

But do you like whisky?

I didn't have either tonight, but maybe I should. Dinner was sweet and sour beef stew in the pressure cooker, served over egg noodles, salad on the side.

I made a pot of Szechuan hot and sour soup and supplemented it with some excellent egg rolls I bought at the local Chinese take-out place.

No whiskey -- I didn't have any in the house.

This evening was the end of another wonderful Spring day, with temperatures in the 70s, and a nice breeze. So, I fired up the grill.

Grilled cheeseburger, with lettuce, red onion, grated cheddar, dill pickles and Whataburger spicy sauce. Some double fried french fries on the side.

We had bowls of "that is so not chili" chili and toasted ciabatta rolls turned into cheesy garlic bread.
