Not sure what to call it but here's what I did....sauted some chopped garlic, mushrooms, and halved grape tomatoes in some olive oil and butter then tossed in cooked elbow pasta and a big handfull and chopped basil. Tossed it all together and servered sprinkled with grated parmesian cheese and red pepper flakes.
 
Last night I oven-baked/braised/poached/whatever a nice large fresh center-cut piece of Mahi-Mahi in seafood butter, then topped it with homemade Habanero-Mango Salsa. Served with a platter of double-fried plaintains well-seasoned with sea salt & a nice big green salad.
 
left over beef steak pasta salad. gonna add a few things. just a bit bland with no salt mayo. used lots of garlic pwd. paprika, and even hot chili flakes. still just a bit bland. not sure what to add. maybe roasted garlic. gonna have homemade bread with garlic butter i made myself. iced tea, and gooey chess cake if doesn't get to hot to fire off oven.
