What's the best dish you've ever invented?

Okay, I'm ready to try the noodle-pickle delight too
Here's another weird one - mom made 'em for us at least 30+ years ago.
:!: Disclaimer: sounds odd, but it is good. really.
2 slices of bread: peanut butter on one, miracle whip on the other.
Really crunchy fresh lettuce between.
Kinda reminds me of the celery with peanut butter idea.

A recipe I had never seen before was Blackened Monkfish. I saw it in the supermarket one day and was wondering how to cook it (my dad used to broil it, that's how it was introduced to me). Lady in the supermarket sez to me "Why dont you try blackening it?"

Good idea! It's the basic blackening recipe: coat fish fillet w/ black pepper, red pepper, white pepper and drizzle butter on it. It was quite a hit.

Then about a year ago I saw Bobby Flay do the same thing on his show. Hey Bobby, that was my idea.

The other day, I was cooking for my dad and found haddock in the store (he used to get this every friday way back). So I made blackened Haddock for him. It was great too! It had never occure to me that Haddock has a good texture for the blackening process as well.
