they do k but there are two types i believe,like with vanilla essence/extract & flavouring.
there is truffle flavour oil which is a chemically matched flavour i think & there is truffle flavoured/infused oil which is flavoured with truffle extract.
i use the oil flavoured with truffle extract.never seen/used the artificial one but i'm sure i've read about it somewhere

Probably best not to use the artificial one anyway H...who knows whats in it or not in it

All I really need is love, but a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt
