Thanks, TL. It was very good. The gravy was buttermilk giblet gravy. The best part is that now I get to make turkey stock (and I saved gravy just so I can have some for my favorite way to make poutine...with turkey and turkey gravy...).

That isn't my picture and I can't upload my pic (even renamed) quoting your message or as a new reply in this thread. Sorry, some technical issue. Although, I see my original pic when I look at my original post with the pic attached. Beyond my control or understanding...
