Thanks, TL. It was very good. The gravy was buttermilk giblet gravy. The best part is that now I get to make turkey stock (and I saved gravy just so I can have some for my favorite way to make poutine...with turkey and turkey gravy...).That looks delicious and I don't even like turkey.
