I've been cooking two pots of cut up pork shoulder. One pot is Posole for dinner, and the other is for making Scrapple for future breakfasts.

The soup I had would be really good if you were stuck in a ditch and you had already eaten all the candy bars and Spam in your emergency kit.

P'zactly...the remaining packages I bought are going in the emergency kit and I am fishing the chicken out of the rest of the soup and rinsing it to put in something else.
