What'sa cookin' this Saturday, May 28?

Okay--I have to say, the chicken breast with the rhubarb stuffing was amazing. I didn't make the "extra sauce" to go with it. What I did was wrap the chicken breast in double-layers of foil after I stuffed it. I also "marinated" the breast before I closed the foil with a dab of maple syrup (I have a lot of that and have to use it up). Ummmm....wish I'd done all the chicken breasts I'd bought. I can't afford another cartridge for my digital camera yet--the pics on the camera are of my folks when I took them back to Lake of the Woods--to what was my mom''s cabin at Lake of the Woods (and she has dementia) and pics of my dog there who died in October--I don't want to lose those pics.

But chicken with lemon-rhubarb. AMAZING.
 
We had terrible heros from a pizza place. But I made muffins that were fantastic!!

My daughter made meatloaf (my mom's recipe, with Liquid Smoke and Italian seasoning added), mashed potatoes, cooked carrot slices, and garlic loaf. It was delicious! I had goat milk for my drink. :cool:
