Hi licia, FN has gone overboard with Rachel and things like kitchen accomplished and all the fluff.. Not that I mind fluff, but, I tune in to learn and get ideas.I enjoy Sara, and I like Giada , Paula, The barefoot contessa, and Tyler and even Bobby Flay at times. I miss the old PBS shows with Julia, Jacques and that group. Continual reruns drive me up the wall!!! To bad FN was a wonderful place to to to learn and grow once. Now, well, I'm glad we have each other here on DC

Cooking From Your Garden

Growing and cooking food, both in the same show.

Janet,

Paul James, gardener and all-around dork, has a show on DIY that is almost there:

I like Paul James, actually. He's quite entertaining.

Something with lots and lots of beer, wine, and liquor!

Make it, drink it, cook with it!

No worries.

Paul James has a second show (actually, it was his first) on gardening itself, so the cooking one concentrates more on what you can do with the produce now that you've grown it. What this means is that both of his shows together are basically what your idea is.
