american or cheddar cheese and raw onions of course!!! :) u cant beat it!
and depending on my mood, some regular saltine crackers crunched up and stirred in it.
 
Like it spicey.

I like to put 2 or 3 fresh roasted,seeded and peeled jalapenos stem side up in my soup mug of red chili.I start with a little shredded cheddar at the bottom of the cup,red chili, stick the peppers in with the stems sticking out, top with a little more cheese and fresh onion and nuke untill melted.Awesome!!If you can stand the heat dynamite chilis are even better.
