Go for the Bife de lomo, cheesecake appetizer and baked camenbert cheese!

La Choza de Cervino

Go for the baby suckling pig, crab stuffed mushrooms and duck terrine!!

Iñaki (Very good paella)

Try the Pastel Norteno (Sweet potato shepards pie) and Locro (bean and chorizo stew)

Sottovoce
Recoleta
Del Libertador, Av. 1098
Very good bife de lomo and pasta dishes

Also make sure you stop into the many bakeries and sample various empanadas and find a small parilla serving choripan's (grilled chorizo sandwiches).
