La Choza de Cervino Cervino 3732 (y Ugarteche) - Capitol Federal area Go for the baby suckling pig, crab stuffed mushrooms and duck terrine!! Tomo Uno Fine Dining (reservations advised) Carlos Pellegrini 521 Above the Hotel Panamericano Sinclair Palermo Sinclair 3096 Iņaki (Very good paella) Centro Moreno 1341 La Querencia Centro Paraguay 434 Try the Pastel Norteno (Sweet potato shepards pie) and Locro (bean and chorizo stew) Sottovoce Recoleta Del Libertador, Av. 1098 Very good bife de lomo and pasta dishes Also make sure you stop into the many bakeries and sample various empanadas and find a small parilla serving choripan's (grilled chorizo sandwiches). |
