I visites Balboa Island last weekend with my family, and we had dinner at Cioa Italian Restaurant. Seafood Pasta with Giant Scallop was so tasty. I love it!! I'd like to recommend you. Cioa locates at Balboa Island, on Marine Ave, Newport Beach, CA.

Balboa Candy is a candy store, not an Italian restaurant
