It's taken me a few days just to recoup from that place. Feeling much better today.
Just give me back my kitchen and bedroom. I'm a happy camper. This Kountry girl wasn't cut out for city life.

Emabassy Suites will be getting by the end of the day an email on their customer service that I'm sure they won't soon be forgetting. Shine on the problems or shluff off on it, I'll take my complaints to the top. Climb that ladder.

My husband worked a lot of 16hr days to pay for that trip.I worked those 16's to! We specifically picked that room shown for our son. Not knowing what the specialist was going to do to him for his preop we were trying to make sure if he was sick and couldn't be in the sunlight, he could have at least been able to see the all the major airlines take off and land at night from S.F.O. We were close enough to get him back to our room in just minutes. Room service for us tonight. :)

We do have to go back soon. He's going to have to stay at least 2 days after his surgery. Limited head movement as possible. Until he's checked out again and cleared to make the trip home.

The people we did meet and talk to on the streets were very nice helpful. That was a nice change. Being in a place where nobody knew me.

Watching a man for 20 minutes parked, signaled to merge to the right lane. Downtown traffic. Commuter hour 6pm. We were heading to 101 getting out... NOW! Nobody was letting him in. We were next. He looked so content to wait an hour if he had to to get in. When we pulled up behind him to let him in. Asked if he had enough room? He looked so shocked, surprised that we did that. What a gracious thank you we got from him. He just wanted to go home like the rest of us.

Next time who knows what's going to happen or where we go. Everything revolves around our son. If we can make it to any place that's over the top good. I'll let you guys know.

Thank you all for the helpful advice.

If your with me that's great. If not. Get out of my way.

You might consider posting on TripAdvisor about your experience, and tell E.S. that you are going to post. TA seems to garner a lot of attention. Also, if you booked through Expedia, Orbitz, or some of the other travel sites, they would want to know. Prayers for your son, Munky.
