This time I'm planing for Dodge City, Kansas

Here is the list of restaurants:rolleyes:
1. Fiorella's Jack Stack Barbecue
13441 Holmes Rd, Martin City, MO 64145 · 816-942-9141
User Rating: Rating: 4 / 5
MARTIN CITY - SOUTHSIDE. This carnivore's haven is popular with folks looking for a perfect slab of succulent barbecued beef ribs. Other specialties include lamb ribs, terrific onion rings, barbecued Strawberry Hill Polish sausage, and hickory-smoked fish and seafood. Expect a wait, but know that you'll be rewarded with an excellent meal. Additional locations in Overland Park at the corner of 95th and Metcalf (913-385-7427), in downtown's Freighthouse District (814-472-7427), and at Country Club Plaza (816-531-7427).

2. Oklahoma Joe's Barbecue
3002 W 47th St, Kansas City, KS 66203 · 913-722-3366
User Rating: Rating: 5 / 5
From the outside, Oklahoma Joe's looks like little more than a s****y corner mart. As a matter of fact, you CAN fill up your car's tank here – unleaded, premium, super, whatever! After you've filled up with gas, make sure you take care of your tummy. Appearances aside, what you'll find at this Mission Road gem may just be some of KC's best and most tender BBQ. From the brisket sandwich smothered in hot sauce to tender pork ribs served with red beans and rice, Oklahoma Joe's knows how to keep its regulars satisfied.

3. Thai Place
9359 W 87th Ave, Overland Park, KS 66212-3772 · 913-649-5420
User Rating: Rating: 5 / 5
OVERLAND PARK. For authentic Thai food, locals head to this Johnson County gem, whose kitchen carefully balances spices and flavor. Family-owned since 1991, Thai Place offers upscale dining and a friendly, courteous waitstaff. Specialties include grilled pepper steak and steamed vegetables in pepper and mushroom garlic sauce; seafood Phad Gapow with scallops, mussels, and crab; and Mussaman beef stewed with coconut milk and curry.

4. Garozzo's Ristorante Due
526 Harrison St, Kansas City, MO 64106-1262 · 816-221-2455
User Rating: Rating: 5 / 5
DOWNTOWN. When downtown business people feel the urge to indulge, this Old Country-style trattoria is usually the first place that springs to mind. Garozzo's sports a "Godfather"-like interior, complete with snug tables, a "wall of fame," candles, and Sinatra crooning in the background. Add to the mix the ubiquitous owner, who weaves his way from table to table, armed with a peppermill, a sharp wit, and a silky smooth voice, and it's easy to see why this cozy joint enjoys such loyal patronage. House specialties include the famous chicken spiedini, veal marsala with peppers and mushrooms, and lasagna with sausage and meatballs.

5. Benton's Steak and Chop House
1 E Pershing Rd, Westin Crown Center, Kansas City, MO 64108-2503 · 816-391-4460
User Rating: Rating: 5 / 5
DOWNTOWN. The Westin Crown Center's signature restaurant is perched on the hotel's top floor. Elegantly appointed with white linens and candles, tables are intimately arranged, conducive to quiet conversation. The restaurant's subdued decor takes a back seat to floor-to-ceiling windows, which afford fabulous views of downtown. American steaks are the specialty, although chops, fish, and seafood are available as well. Rumor has it that Sunday brunch at the restaurant is a treat unlike any other, thanks to dishes like prime rib, made-to-order omelets, fresh fruits and salads, shrimp, caviar, and a host of delectable desserts.

6. Jasper's Restaurant
1201 W 103rd St, Kansas City, MO 64114 · 816-941-6600
User Rating: Rating: 5 / 5
Nationally-acclaimed and a local legend, this establishment has built its reputation on impeccable service, a charming and rustic atmosphere, and, of course, food that comes close to perfection. Snag a seat on the patio overlooking the creek and tuck in to an appetizer of famed scampi alla livornese (shrimp and garlic in wine-cream sauce). Beef, fish, chicken, veal, and pasta are represented in entrees, and you'll find a few enticing vegetarian options as well. A wine bar and excellent espresso drinks add appeal.

7. BB's Lawnside Barbecue
1205 E 85th St, Kansas City, MO 64131 · 816-822-7427
User Rating: Rating: 4 / 5
DOWNTOWN. Blues, beer, and barbecue! What more could you ask for? BB's, a rather bare-bones place, was opened by blues lovers Lindsay and Jo Shannon, whose combined music collection numbers more than 5,000 blues recordings. Don't judge by appearance – the barbecue spot is a diner's delight. Pork ribs, battered fries, baked beans, jambalaya, and crawfish étouffé keep regulars begging for more, more, more. Great blues music completes the atmosphere. A real Kansas City treat.

8. Garozzo's
9950 College Blvd, Kansas City, MO 66210 · 913-491-8300
User Rating: Rating: 4 / 5
OVERLAND PARK. At Garozzo's, a taste of Italy is always on order, and the comfortable restaurant absolutely knows how to take care of its patrons. The lush, flavor-packed cuisine is well-represented by melanzane parmigiano (breaded eggplant with melted cheese), chicken spiedini, and vitello Garozzo (breaded veal with fresh vegetables). You'll also find beef, shrimp, and a hefty selection of delectable pastas. Given the place's popularity, you may have to wait, but such a concession is a small price to pay for great dining. Reservations requested for parties of 10 or more.

9. Savoy Grill
219 W 9th St, Hotel Savoy, Kansas City, MO 64112 · 816-842-3890
User Rating: Rating: 4 / 5
DOWNTOWN. The menu at The Savoy Grill includes some of the best steak and seafood offerings to be found in Kansas City. The restaurant boasts superior service from a classically attired waitstaff, who are both attentive and professional. For an authentic experience, enjoy plump lobsters and cooked-to-order steaks while lounging in an old fashioned booth like the one Harry Truman favored on his frequent visits to the eatery. A Kansas City tradition.

My next holiday destination is going to be Los Angeles. I am a foodie and have searched some good restaurants through Boorah.com as I usually do.

I am very much excited about the trip.
