Guess the Restaurant Menu

This is the menu for my favorite fried chicken restaurant outside America, it was started in the 1930 in a capital city, which city?

Well, the menu you posted is word for word, price for price, picture for picture from Belgrade Gardens in Barberton and Uniontown, Ohio, neither of which is the capital and both are obviously in America. Some of the terms on the menu are Serbian, of which Belgrade is the capital, so not really sure what you meant by your question.

It's in American English and uses US terms for foods. I don't have a clue.
