My Mom just told me about a great "blue cheese salad" she had once at a restaurant on the 'Lake of the Ozarks' in the mid to late 90's. It was a nice restaurant with dual levels, a cigar room and boat access.
Does anyone have any idea what that might have been, what restaurant, or even better a recipe?
