Artichoke,Green Beans and cheese Salad

This is great for a party ..It takes a little time but worth the effort, if you're a green bean and artichoke lover.
Measure out 1/3c- lemon juice (fresh) and 1/2c- evoo..Set aside and the you need 3/4 lb. of fresh green beans cleaned and ends removed, then cut in about 2 inch lengths .Blanch til tender crisp. Rinse and pat dry. Toss the beans with 2 cloves of finely minced garlic and several tab. evoo and 1 tab. of your lemon juice and then some hot pepper sauce to taste. Chill til ready to use...But at least 20 min. In a med skillet, heat 2 Tab. butter add a 10 oz. pk of frozen, defrosted artichokes hearts. Saute til lightly browned. Drizzle with 1 Tab of lemon juice let cool...
Seed and coarsly chop 2 med tomatoes or 4 romas and 4 oz. of your favorite goat cheese...I like the ones with some herbs or garlic in them. add some freshly chopped thyme about 3-4 tab.toss with the beans and use the rest of the evoo and lemon juice...Place on a bed of crisp shredded romaine..This look great in large glass bowl it is also wonderful tossed with your favorite pasta with a simple dressing of choice...It should serve 4
