Chipotle ranch dressing help

ok, im trying to make a mock Chilie's Cajun chicken sandwhich cuz its my favorite :) and they dont sell it in stores (the dressing). . .i think i really havent looked the entire aisle but if any ones knows of one that would be awesome!!! Thanks a bunch in advance

2 cups Buttermilk Ranch

1/2 over ripe avacado. peeled and seeded

2 chipotle pepper slices(from can of chipotle pepper in adobo Sauce)

1 t adobo sauce ( from can of Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce)

Mix in food processor until blended.

Sounds good to me Erik!!!! And if the spice isn't quite enough you can always add more chipotle sauce - I might also try some ground cumin (cause I just love that stuff) LOL

Cumin would work good also!!! But caution...Chipotles can ruin the ranch. I've got a few "south of the border" prep guys who put a little too much Chipotles in the Ranch...it ruins it!!!

thanks for the advice to. . i always add more to get more heat or smokeyness from peppers so its good to know before i did it lol
