Cool refreshing Salad TNT

This is a hearty refreshing salad that makes a great main. Just add either grilled shrimp or nice cold crab meat. Add a fresch roll, something cool to drink, prop up your feet and enjoy. Here's how it goes:
Combine 1lb of washed bean sprouts, 1 cup thinly sliced celery, 4 freshly sliced green and white onions, 1 cup of slivered almonds toasted, 1/2 cup of sliced water chestnuts or more as you like. 1 lb. of grilled shrimp cut in large dice or 1 lb of crab meat. Toss with this dressing recipe is next and plate on icy cold salad plates.
Several hours befpre serving mix ypur dressing and refrigerate
1 Cup mayo 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tea. curry powder, 2 tea. powdered ginger, salt and pepper a and 2 Tea fresh lemon juice.
