I have been looking for a good cucumber dressing recipe, so far I havent found one that I like, does anyone know of a good one?

Hang in there, Kurlylox. I'm sure someone will come along and have the recipe you're looking for--it can be kind of quiet around here on the weekends.

Hi kurlylox,

I don't have a TNT recipe and I've looked at a bunch of these - Here is an option. I would be tempted to do part sour cream, part mayonnaise, and part buttermilk if I were making it.

Cucumber Dressing

12 ounces thinly sliced cucumbers, peeled and seeded before slicing
1/4 cup lemon juice
8 ounces sour cream
3 tablespoons minced dill
1 tablespoon sugar, or to taste
salt and pepper to taste
hot sauce, optional

Puree the cucumbers in a food processor or blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend just until incorporated. Adjust the seasoning with sugar, salt and pepper. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Also, if you just chopped the cukes after removing seeds you could make it a bit chunky.

Apparently a lot of the recipes out there use plain, sometimes non-fat, yogurt also and finely minced garlic.
