German Cucumber Salad

2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
4 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
parsley

Dressing:
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspood dill, fresh or seed
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon milk
pepper to taste

In bowl, mix tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and parsley.
Combine dressing ingredients and pour over cucumber mixture.
Chill one hour; stir and serve.

This looke like one I made last weekend, only thing missing was mustard..Will have to try it your way.
