Hi Dale, salad is one of my favorites. My favorite salad dressing has to be something my boyfriend makes all the time...the ingredients are garlic, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, chile flakes, salt (my preference) or msg (his preference).
Very tasty.
