Baked Feta Salad is a kind of rustic salad from Greek. It is made with baked feta cheese, fresh courgettes and fresh red pepper and lemon,garlic dressing.You can serve as an appetizer.

I'd love to hear more. I know courgettes are what Americans call Zucchini Squash. Are the red peppers like a Bell Pepper (capsicum)?

That's a new one for me but it sounds delicious. I do make a baked feta dip which is just a block of feta topped with pesto sauce and sun dried tomato's. I think you put many different combinations on top and it would work nicely. Bake until it looks like it's looks soft and the pesto is bubbly. Not exactly what you are asking for but also delicious. =o)
