Does anyone have a recipe for the gingery salad dressing they serve at Japanese restaurants? I've gone out for hibachi, sushi, and teriyaki all at different places and each one had this dressing. I can't find anything that compares on store shelves and so far I haven't come across a recipe that seems right either. Can any of you help, even with recommending a good brand of store-bought stuff? Thanks!
