ISO: Italian Mac n Cheese

I once made a recipe that I found on the back of a Velveeta Shells and cheese box. I'd like to try making the same recipe only with home-made mac and cheese but I cannot find the recipe.

It was an italian mac and cheese with diced tomato (probably italian seasoned). I don't recall what else was in it but I seem to recall putting in some fresh basil.

Does anyone have a recipe handy for an italian style mac and cheese?

"'Nilla Wafers" are small round plain vanilla-flavored cookies. Or do you call them "biscuits" across the pond?
