It's getting late and I know how much I'll miss that sweetness that comes from berries and other fresh fruits, So I'm trying to serve as much of them as possible while they are still available to us. Mix up some of your favorites here's an idea, use diced pears, some beautiful blackberries, blueberries, some sliced strawberries.Cantaloupe cubes, raspberries, even watermelon cubes, sweet juicy peaches, plums and grapes, mix up some low fat yogurt with some key lime, honey and put over the fruit, mix well put in frig to get nice and cold then serve, to me this makes a wonderful meal with grilled fish or chops, a great breakfast with toast or biscuits, lunch with a pannini or dessert alone. Try mixing up different yogurts to try with it and mostly just enjoy
