Macadamia Nut dressing?

Hi I'm new and just returned from holiday in Florida.
Whilst we were there we visited a restaurant in Tampa which had a very delicious (though sweet) salad dressing which had macadamia nuts and vanilla in it. Does anyone have a recipe for this dressing. It was so unusual and made a change from the ranch or blue cheese which you usually get offered.

Welcome to Dc Pam. i'm sorry but I don't have a recipe for you.
Hopefully someone will come along with one though because it
