This serves 4, but DH and I can put it away by ourselves as a cold supper with warm garlic bread and a cold drink.
Shredd one head iceberg lettuce, add to this, one peeled,seeded,cubed cantaloupe,honeydew or casaba, add about 4-0z. sliced strawberries,a half of a sliced cucumber. Top with french dressing to which you've added several tab. of chopped mint, salt and pepper, toss together and sprinkle top with toasted sliced almonds.
