REC: New potato salad
3 lbs new potatoes, cut into 1" cubes
1/2 small red onion, sliced thin
1/2 cup cherry tomatoe halves
1/4 cup bacon bits
1/4 cup chopped basil
1/4 cup italian dressing
1/4 cup miracle whip
2 tsp. dijon mustard
Boil potatoes 10-12 minutes or until tender, drain
In large bowl, toss the potatoes, onion tomatoes, bacon bits and basil.
Mix dressings and mustard and pour over potato mixture.
Lightly toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
