REC: New potato salad

3 lbs new potatoes, cut into 1" cubes
1/2 small red onion, sliced thin
1/2 cup cherry tomatoe halves
1/4 cup bacon bits
1/4 cup chopped basil
1/4 cup italian dressing
1/4 cup miracle whip
2 tsp. dijon mustard

Boil potatoes 10-12 minutes or until tender, drain
In large bowl, toss the potatoes, onion tomatoes, bacon bits and basil.
Mix dressings and mustard and pour over potato mixture.
Lightly toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

That sounds yummy, have never had tomatoes in potato salad. Will have to try it out. TY very much.

I saw these recipes and thought they sounded good too. I only wish it would show the nutritional values. I don't know how to do the calorie sums and things like that.

Low salad dressings would help but I think you already knew that..
