REc. Pineapple slaw

We are going to have pork ribs either friday or staurday and I'm planning to make this to go with the ribs.
a lg. white cabbage about 1 lb., shredded
1-pineapple, cored and cubed
1-large apple of choice
3-oz. walnut halves,
4-Tabs. mayo
4-oz. plain yogurt
3-tsp. honey
1-TAbs. either lemon or orange juice
salt and pepper to taste
Mix cabbage, pineapple and apple, add in the walnuts, save a few for garnish if you want. Mix the mayo and yogurt then stir in the lemon or orange juice and the honey..Season to taste with salt and pepper Toss the slaw and dressing, cover and refrigerate..Toss again as you serve add garnish.
Serves 4
