1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
1 can {11oz} whole kernel corn, drained, or 1 1/2 cups corn cut from the cob
1 cup almonds, toasted , chopped
1 cup fresh peas or frozen peas, thawed
1 peach, peeled, coarsley chopped
1/2 cup kraft catalina dressing
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 chopped cilantro or fresh parsley
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
