Hard cook 4 lg. eggs,2 lg ripe tomatos cut these in wedges, 4 green onions sliced thinly 6-7 basil leaves cut
into ribbons. salt and pepper, 2 -3 Tab. evoo plus 2- tab. red wine vinegar. in large salad bowl put in 1 thin sliced cucumber, 2 diced avocados, 3 cups frisee plus 6 anchovy fillets diced, mix up a dressing of the red wine vinegar, evoo,salt pepper, mix and add in the tomatoes and eggs, onions,basil. Taste for seasonings then serve with some flat bread of French bread and enjoy.

Ooh, sounds yummy. I think I'll make a small batch. Stirling doesn't like tomato, cucumber, or avocado. :ermm:
