Salad dressing happy dance

In my hometown of Launceston Tasmania deep downunder, they make this really cool salad dressing, Red Kelly's pepperberry dressing. I bought a few bottles when I was out there last year, and have just run out

I've tried to procure the recipe with no success. Bizarrely I went into a little specialist oil and vinegar shop in Manchester today, and there it was!!! Just how cool is that
