A favorite of mine, we use this a lot during the summer. Also it's great in the winter as well.
Combine 1/3c. sugar,1 tea. salt,1/2 tea. dry mustard,1/3c. cider vinegar,1c.evoo 1/4cup grated onion,1 tab. celery seed put in an ample jar and shake the heck out of it,til well blended.Keep in fridg for up to 2 weeks. I like this on a platter of avocado slices and mandarin oranges...YUMMY;)
enjoy,

will have to leave out salt, but will make without it. yummy
I've made it without salt and it works great. This makes 2 cups so it lasts and the amount of sugar isn't that bad. I wonder how a little splenda would work?
kades:)

You mean 1/3 cup sugar right Kades? At first I thought it said 1 1/3 cups.
I think Splenda would work too.
Yes 1/3 cup although I wouldn't use that much Splenda. That stuff is far sweeter than real sugar so would use a little, taste add more if needed.
