I love this during the summer when it's far to hot to stay in and cook everything...I've used papaya and just tried it with mango and love them both, although mango has the edge

So what I do is cube up several mangoes,2 avocados,and you need about a lb. of large shrimp,the shrimp I grill brushing with evoo and garlic then I chop up some cilantro and mint, say 2-3 Tab. each. mix it with 3 Tab. evoo,4 Tab.fresh lime juice..Toss altogether and chill, the avocado and mango then I pour this over some watercress or frisee add the warm shrimp and enjoy..My girls like some parmesan crisps with this. Humm, wonder how some diced cucumber would be added to this?
