All of us have a spinach salad we love and make often, me too.
Mine is rub your salad bowl with a clove of garlic, i then put the garlic into my dressing, break 1-1/2 lbs of spinach into bite sized pieces. Place the spinach into a large salad bowl along with 6-8 slices of bacon cooked crisp and crumbled, 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped fine.now add crutons that you've buttered,and then baked I like to sprinkle the croutons with garlic powder then bake them.. Now toss with tarragon dressing combine 1/2 cup evoo,and 1/2 cup of salad oil, 1/2 cup tarragon vinegar,1/2 tea dry tarragon, 1 tea. sugar or splenda,1/2 tea. Dijon, salt and pepper this needs to rest for a few hours before using. but when it's ready pour over your salad.
