2-Avocados, peel and cut in half, brush with lemon or lime juice to keep them from turning dark. Then mix together about 4 tab. each of cream cheese and creme fraiche, a couple of Tab. horseradish, a tab or so of lemon juice, I use the creamy horseradish, a tab or so of fresh chopped dill, 4 oz of shelled cooked prawns cut up. Mix altogether and pile into the avocados...Chill and enjoy with a slice of warm sourdough bread and iced tea or white wine...
