Peel 2 avocados, slice them into halves. In a sauce pan, combine 1 stick of butter,4 Tab. sugar,4 Tab. ketchup,4, Tab. vinegar, 4 Tab. soy sauce.Bring to gentle simmer sook til sugar dissolves. Place the Avocado halves on a bed of butter lettuce that you've torn into pieces or thin sliced romaine. Sprinkle lettuce with 4 cooked and crumbled bacon slices now spoon over the warm sauce I like to top this with either diced mango or strawberries.

I've never tried warm avocado. Sounds odd but nice, I'll give it a go. Thanks Kades
Snip,
I don't warm my avocados, in fact I drizzle with lime juice to keep them from getting dark, Just the dressing is warm. Put the avocados in the fridg if you like.
