TNT Molded Cuke Salad

I love this salad. During summer these types of salads just seem to hit the spot.
Stir a three oz. pack of lime jello, into1-1/3 cups boiling water, 3- Tab.lemon juice,1/2 tea. salt then refrigerate til slightly set. Whip and add 1-cup. cottage cheese,1/2 cup mayo,1-tab. onion juice,1-cucumber peeled and chopped, 1-cup slivered almonds and 1 tea. prepare horseradish. Pour into an 8 inch ring mold and refrigerate til set. Then serve with Mayo mixed with a little pineapple juice has been added. This is tart and refreshing.
Great with bbq'd chicken. burgers, sandwiched on Italian or French bread.
enjoy serves 6

no I just get a small cuke or two but chopping seems to get them small enough to not bother me.
