Watermelon Supreme

1 large oblong watermelon
1 cantaloupe
1 honeydew melon
1 fresh pineapple
2 peaches or nectarines
2 cups blueberries
Aloha Sauce (recipe below)

Cut top third lengthwise from watermelon, cover and refrigerate to use as desired. Scoop balls from larger section. Remove seeds, cover balls and refrigerate. Scoop melon balls from cantaloupe and honeydew (about 3 cups of each) and mix cantaloupe and honeydew with chunks of pineapple and cover and refrigerate no less than 4 hours. Just before serving, slice peaches, drain melon balls and pineapple and mix all fruit together in large bowl. Drizzle with Aloha sauce and pour into watermelon shell. Serve immediately. Makes 20 servings.

Aloha Sauce:
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
2 Tablespoons strained orange juice
2 Tablespoons strained lemon juice
2 Tablespoons lime juice

Mix all ingredients until sugar is dissolved.

It is very tasty. Last year we made this, but also used a canary melon in place of half of the honeydew and it was still wonderful. Last year was the first time I have ever tried a canary melon. They are yellow in color and taste cross between a cantaloupe and honeydew. Just hard to find or at least here in Alabama they are.
