Oh wow, these all look wonderful to me. I let DH choose and he picked QSis's brunch eggs so we will have this one first. I will serve some fresh fruit, the lemon blueberry coffee cake, coffee (of course) and mimosas as well.

One couple canceled so 4 of us have to eat all of this! Next time I will invite more people and I will try several of these dishes. Please add more if you like because I will be doing this often and I will probably even make some of these when it is just the two of us.

Any variation on lasagna is great-- you can substitute layers of pasta with mushrooms, zuchinni, eggplant, or even tofu.
